PHILOSOPHY

We are seeking for medium size construction projects in Hydropower, Building and Highway sector by tacking full
responsibility of construction and management. GSC could takes on the role of main contractor on small to medium size
projects and performs project management services with design inputs and engineering solutions to our clients.
Our objective is to provide our client “I am assured” experience when we are chosen to execute their projects.
In general, our project management and execution philosophy are:

• To create detail schedule and resources plan to meet client’s objectives.
• Communicate clearly with all Project stakeholders.
• Track project progress and make deviations if necessary.
